Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. is the oldest intercollegiate historically African American fraternity. It was initially a literary and social studies club organized in the 1905–1906 school year at Cornell University but later evolved into a fraternity with a founding date of December 4, 1906.

Delta Detla Lambda Chapter of The Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., has a diverse and impactful history, with members who have made significant contributions to various fields. Opening up these offerings to the general public is a great way to share and celebrate our fraternity's heritage. 

Doing so allows for middle and senior high school students to get a glimpse of our origins at would be easily recognizable on any college or univeristy campus.
