Many different fund-raising activities are held throughout the year to enable us to award substantial funds in the form of non-renewable grants and scholarships to graduating high school seniors in order to assist them in their development into adulthood and for their higher education pursuits.  It is this investment that gives the chapter its greatest rewards.

We provide our community with the following programs of service:

1. "An Evening with Black Artists" - Annual showcase of acclaimed Black artists from around the United States performing opera, jazz, classical and spiritual standards.  This program which is usally held in February, originated in 1986. http://www.deltadeltalambda.com/blackartist.htm

2. "Men of Tomorrow" (MOT) - This youth group provides academc, moral, religious, mentoring, and cultural guidance to young males in grades 9-12 from various Palm Beach County public and private high schools.  Each year this group participates in numerous community activities, college tours, workshops and the Mr. Debonaire Pageant (March/April). http://www.deltadeltalambda.com/mot.htm

3. "Community Partnerships" - Financial assistance to charitable organizations, clubs, schools, churches, and events with a shared focus on education and helping our community's minority youth.

4. "The King David Jackson Memorial Annual Golf Classic" - This golf classic, which honors one of our great brothers who has passed on to Omega Chapter, is the Foundations major fund-raiser which provides scholarships to Palm Beach County students.
The event takes place in June/July of each year.

5. "Youth Leadership / Citizenships Development Institute" - The Leadership Development Institute (LDI) aims to develop a 21st century generation of leaders.
